First Class shipping does not come with insurance in case your package is lost or damaged.

Ready to Ship (RTS) items 3-5 business days

Custom orders 7-10 business days

Custom Bags/Accessories (weekend bags, diaper bags, etc) 14-21 days

Return/Exchange Products- you are responsible for shipping your return.
